This assignment called for an investigation into typefaces in order to pair two together into a single font. These posters were created to highlight the typeface I created by merging two different fonts together into an offspring. Finding two fonts with characteristics that would work with each other was not an easy task. Once I found my complimentary fonts, I took portions of each to create Desmona. The first poster shows the merging of the two, the second poster is an artistic kaleidoscope of letters.
I used Illustrator to create the font and InDesign to create the poster layouts.
